Dr. Md Abu Jafar Bhuiyan joined HAEFA on November 29, 2020, and started working as a Medical Officer at Bhashan Char HAEFA community clinic from the beginning of the Rohingya relocation process Bhashan Char, Hatiya, Noakhali. Before joining HAEFA, he worked as Assistant Register of Medicine Department of City Medical College Hospital, Gazipur. He completed a Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Cumilla Medical College under Chittagong University.

Asia Akter Shima is a Pharmacist at Bhashan Char HAEFA community clinic since the beginning of the Rohingya relocation process at Bhashan Char, Hatiya, Noakhali. She studied at Professor Sohrab Uddin IMT & MATS, Tangail. She has been working with HAEFA since 2015 on Dhaka Project.
