Position: IT Assistant

Duration of Contract: Initially 1 year (renewable)

Employment type : Full-time (3 months Probationary Period)

Health and Education for All (HAEFA) is an international leader in providing healthcare to the underserved and most vulnerable populations in Bangladesh, including coastal and hard-to-reach regions, FDMN Camps, urban, semi-urban, and rural areas. HAEFA’s compassionate medical team members use its technological innovations, a solar-powered electronic health record (EHR) system known as NIROG, for the management of chronic diseases and a paperless see-and-treat cervical cancer screening and treatment programs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist to Installation, Reinstallation, Troubleshooting and Up-gradation of Operating Systems of software In-House and stakeholder’s applications.
  • Assist to maintain the Organization’s LAN. This includes installation, configuring & maintenance of Active Directory, mail server, file server, proxy server, web server etc.;
  • Assist in performing daily back up and other IT- related routine tasks of the organization;
  • Promptly respond to the troubleshooting requests of users;
  • Update organization’s website; Communicate with End-user;
  • Assist to Network administration and resolving all IT support issues;
  • Assist to backup data for the database system Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners; and
  • Perform other IT – related tasks as assigned by the IT Manager time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline from a reputed University
  • 1 to 3 years of experience ((Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.)
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc, Corporate IT Support, IT Management
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication ability, both written and verbal.
