HAEFA is looking for a brilliant and energetic person who can learn and lead program development and strategic partnerships. This primarily Dhaka-based position is for a person with a minimum undergraduate degree or above and willingness to learn and implement promptly. Excellent writing skills in English and serious attention to details are a must. This position involves travel alone within and outside Dhaka.

One year or more experience at any corporate, academia or NGO, national or international, is a plus and will be given priority. However, outstanding and dynamic candidates fresh out of universities will also be considered.

Salary scale and position (Manager or higher level) is commensurate with the candidate’s readiness, personality and energy level.
